With over 17 years of experience working in small & large organizations, Hector has managed millions in government contracts and led teams of more than 180 people. In his role as Vice President, he built and scaled programs, streamlined operations, and created systems that drive results. Hector holds a BA in Business Management and Administration and an MA is Organizational Leadership.
